Who We are.
5th Taste hosts casual, intimate events featuring leading chefs, bartenders, and tastemakers. While the food world is not short of events, few provide the space for diners, chefs, and all those who enjoy good food and drinks to mingle and feast together.
What We Believe in.
In a culture where understanding and appreciating food has become about fanfare and boundaries set between those who cook and those who eat, 5th Taste hands the mic off to the chefs and bartenders so you can enjoy a one of a kind gathering with great food and drinks, and hear from the ones who made it.
The goal of each 5th Taste event is to foster bridge-building between the service industry and diners and between restaurants and their neighbors. A majority of 5th Taste events will include a series of food and drink pairings made by chefs and bartenders in a format that allows for the chefs and bartenders to be as much a guest of the event as the attendees.
Get in on this.
